2021 Reading Challenges

This year I plan on doing things a little bit differently than I did last year. I only plan on doing 2 reading challenges. As I think last year I spread myself a little bit thin especially with everything that was going on in the world. I found it hard to read at time and I found it even harder to concentrate and write my book reviews.

Below are are the details for the reading challenges I’m participating in:

Reading Challenge One:

Goodreads:

This year I have only pledge to read 52 books. I hope that I’m able to actually read more than one book a week. But with setting this lower limit I’m hoping that it’ll give me more time to write my reviews. For the last 2 years I upped my pledge to 80 books and both years it was a struggle, and I also think it make reading more of a chore that any enjoyable guilty pleasure.

Reading Challenge Two:

NetGalley & Edelweiss:

I am continuing again with the NetGalley and Edelweiss book challenge as I still have quite a few ARC’s left to read for NetGalley and I still hope to be able to receive ARC’s from them. You can see my 2021 ARC list here on my blog along with the link to my NetGalley reading challenge. To make it easier for you I’ve put the links below.
