Yes I am a bit of a gadget Girl when I can afford to be! I bought a new camera a few weeks back. I think it’s going to take me a while to know exactly what I’m doing with it and how to use it properly. The camera is an upgrade from my previous digital camera, as I want to be able to take better photographs.
So while we’re having a heatwave in Lancashire I’ve been trying to get some vitamin D by spending some time out in my back garden. I took my new camera out with me just to try it out. I’m quite please with some of the photos I took, but I definitely need to go on a quick course to get the best out of the camera.
So here are a few photos that I took. This is me trying out the 100x digital zoom. It’s the top of my neighbours tree.
Again trying out my 100x digital zoom, I didn’t expect to be able to see the trails left by the plane as it was so far
I just love the sunlight shining on the leaves and even the very top leave have been eaten.
The last 3 photos are me trying to find the macro function, which I didn’t find but for a complete novice at using an all singing all dancing camera I think I did ok, but there is room for much improvement.
